The District of Sechelt (the “District”) is requesting Proposals for the provision of janitorial services at both the RCMP Detachment building and the JSB.

The Contract is for 3 (three) years commencing from February 24th, 2023, and ending February 24th, 2026, contingent on the successful proponent having valid RCMP Reliability Security Clearance (RRS).

Please note that a RCMP Reliability Security Clearance (RRS) will be required for any individuals working at the RCMP/Justice Services Building:
The Contractor and all workers hired by the Contractor that are to have access to the RCMP Detachment will be required to obtain and maintain RCMP Reliability Security Clearance. The Contractor and all said workers will be required to arrange for the completion of the application forms and all necessary administrative processes in relation to acquiring RCMP Reliability Clearance. It is required to have a minimum of 2 (two) people with valid security clearance and all times during the duration of this contract.
