Contract 2023-16 involves corridor improvements to Mason Road between Highway 101 and Reeves Road within the District of Sechelt.


The Work includes widening of the Mason Road corridor to accommodate two bike lanes, curb and gutter, sidewalk construction on the west side of Mason Road, tree removals, intersection improvements, lighting conduit and base installation, multi-use pathways, and storm sewer installation. The Work generally includes but is not limited to:
- 1,600 metres of new concrete curb & gutter
- 1,500 square metres of concrete sidewalk
- 6,500 tonnes of imported granular material
- 2,700 cubic metres of common excavation
- 1,000 tonnes of asphalt
- 800 metres of new storm main
