2023-14 Inlet Avenue Improvements - Contract 5331-133; 2021-07 involves the rehabilitation of Inlet Avenue,
from Cowrie to Dolphin Streets, within the District of Sechelt.


The Work includes formalizing the Inlet Avenue Road right of way to accommodate parking on both sides and providing a beneficial pedestrian experience, which includes, but is not necessarily limited to:
• approximately 180m of District of Sechelt downtown main road mill & pave c/w 8.5m wide asphalt pavement, barrier curb and gutter, sidewalks on both sides and driveway letdowns that are to be replaced, or removed;
• new LED streetlighting;
• tree wells, utilizing soil cells;
• approximately 14m of gravity sanitary sewer c/w service connection;
• approximately 38m of gravity storm sewer c/w service connection;
and
• two watermain service connections of varying sizes.
