The purpose of this RFP is to select a Proposal for 2023-22. To engage the services of an engineering consultant that will develop a tender package, including detailed design and tender documents, a Council presentation at 75% design stage, and as further described in Schedule A of this RFP.

The District of Sechelt (the “District”) is requesting Proposals for engineering design services to develop tender package, including 100% detailed design, Issued for Tender (IFT) and Issued for Construction (IFC) design drawings, class A cost estimate and the most updated MMCD tender documents. The proponent must consider a cost-effective design that determines the most viable side of the road for the proposed sidewalk, and addresses current ditches, storm water collection, and all levels of walkability. This RFP also includes civil and electrical/streetlight design.
